Participants will create simple musical instruments using bottles, cans, and recycled containers. The session includes guided rhythm activities that support movement, coordination, and emotional regulation.

Create colorful wind spinners using recycled plastic or paper materials.
Nature Collage Frames
Create a decorative frame using natural and recycled materials.
Thankful Tokens Jar
Participants will decorate a jar and fill it with small “thankful tokens.”
Painted Nature Stones
Participants will transform simple stones into decorative art pieces using paint and simple patterns.
DIY Pencil Holders (Recycled Containers)
Participants will decorate recycled cans or containers into functional pencil holders.
Paper Lanterns (Fall Theme)
Participants will create simple paper lanterns using recycled paper materials.
DIY Holiday Ornaments (Recycled Materials)
Create handmade ornaments using recycled and simple materials.
