Cancellation Policy
At least 24 hours’ notice is preferred for cancellations. Participants are expected to notify their therapist as far in advance as possible if they are unable to attend a scheduled session. Please be advised that if you cancel your appointment in advance, that session time may be filled.
If a participant’s session attendance falls below the required 80% attendance rate, Creative Forces reserves the right to discontinue services.
Note: Creative Forces understands that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances occur such as medical emergencies, family emergencies, severe weather or other unavoidable events. Participants are encouraged to communicate openly about barriers to attendance so appropriate support can be explored.
