About Creative Forces
Our Mission
Creative Forces Therapy's mission is to enhance the lives of children and adolescents that are neurodivergent, twice-exceptional, or have mental health needs by supporting their emotional regulation, executive functioning, learning differences, social challenges, anxiety, and trauma experiences through the use of expressive arts therapy, recreational therapy, meditation, and yoga.
The Meaning Behind Our Logo
Our logo brings together four essential elements — Fire, Earth, Air, and Water.
Each represents an emotional quality that we explore through creativity and art-based experiences.
Together, they form a visual reminder that healing is not linear — it moves, evolves, and takes different shapes.
Air — Perspective & Emotional Release
Air is the element of thoughts, ideas, communication, and clarity.
Just like a deep breath can calm your mind, creative expression can help release mental tension and open space for new perspectives.
This element reminds us that emotions do not have to stay trapped — they can move, shift, and transform.
Fire — Inspiration & Inner Spark
Fire represents the energy that moves you forward — motivation, passion, courage, and the desire to express yourself.
In art therapy, fire shows up in moments of clarity, creative breakthroughs, and the bravery to explore your emotions honestly.
It reminds us that inside everyone lives a small spark ready to grow.
Water — Emotion & Healing Flow
Water represents feelings, intuition, and the natural rhythm of healing.
It teaches us that emotions don’t need to be “fixed” — they need to be understood and allowed to flow.
In our workshops, water shows up in softness, reflection, and the gentle process of reconnecting with your inner world.
Earth — Stability & Grounding
Earth symbolizes safety, roots, and the feeling of being supported.
Through hands-on creative work, people reconnect with their body, their breath, and the present moment.
