“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.
”
I like to work from a narrative approach, especially using character design, comics, and storytelling to understand and reflect on our emotions. Everyone has a story, and art can be a fantastic, cathartic way to process it. Creation contains and reframes these stories, providing clarity on how we not only view the world around us, but also how we see ourselves within it. Creating art is for everyone. No matter your skill level, art can act as an exhale for experiences that are difficult to express with words. The dark and the light.

Art Therapy Clinical Intern
I am in my last year of my Master of Science in Art Therapy program at Mount Mary University. I am so excited to be interning at Creative Forces Therapy to gain more experience and connections in the field.
Art has always been a central part of my identity. With my background in psychology, pursuing art therapy felt like finding a missing piece of a puzzle. I enjoy exploring many kinds of media; oil pastel and collage are some of my favorites.
