Description: This neuroaffirming group fosters pride and peer connection through disability

justice education and creative artmaking, empowering members to explore identity and build

community through shared experience.

Ages: 12-17

Participants: 8-10

Location: Creative Forces Therapy

Frequency: Weekly for 8 weeks | Wednesday 5 - 6 PM

Starting June 24

Ends August 12

Attendance: Drop-In, Open Attendance/Enrollment

Duration: 1 hour

Overall Goals:

● Develop pride in identity through shared experience and disability justice

psychoeducation, neuroaffirming group format, and peer support.

● Build 1-2 social relationships with peers who share lived experiences.

● Promote artmaking as a coping strategy, outlet for creative self-expression and identity

exploration, and civic activism.

Payment Options: CCS, CLTS, private pay, accepted insurance

● Equity-Based Pricing Scale: $50 / $25 / $15 (per session) for self-pay
